Christabel Welcome to Noosa Beach Yoga. I hope you find as much bliss practicing Yoga by Noosa Main Beach as I have in bringing this to you. I had been practicing Yoga for 12 years prior to getting my teaching certificate in 2013 from Being Yoga (Maroochydore). While I am in Australia I regularly attend the Iyengar Noosa Yoga Centre, as well as bringing a beautiful slow flow vinyasa to you at Noosa Main Beach.
Currently I am traveling with my family in Europe. You can follow our travels on www.upturnedsuitcase.com
I am so happy to have Claudia to be able to support you all on your Yoga journey.
"Yoga has always been the place I love to retreat to when I need to calm my mind and body. "Claudia Claudia has been teaching yoga since 2012 after studying Purna Yoga at the Byron Bay Yoga Centre. In 2014 she travelled to India to practice and deepen her practice, knowledge and understanding of the asana, pranayama and meditation. In 2015 she moved to the Sunshine Coast, after teaching yoga to adults with disabilities in Sydney. Claudia has studied Prenatal Yoga and fell in love with supporting women strengthen for birth, connect to their babies and finding space for relaxation.
"I have a passion for encouraging others to nourish themselves and embody their innate strength and body wisdom. My classes are for every body, offering insight and variations for all bodies and supporting those with injuries. I teach a slow flow vinyasa class and centre around creating space within the body and connecting breath with movement."Carolina Carolina is originally from Sweden and moved to Australia in 2016. She has been guiding people through movement (dance and eventually yoga) for a long time. She undertook her first teacher training in India (Ashtanga Vinyasa) and later Yin Yoga teacher training in Sweden, Vinyasa at Power Living in Sydney and “Inspired Kids Yoga” teacher training locally on the Sunshine Coast.
"My passion is to guide my students through a juicy practice and hold a space where they can explore their boundaries in a safe environment. I teach a vibrant Vinyasa flow suitable to all levels. By moving from a place of love my aim is to offer a practice that leave you feeling calm, grounded and energized."
