There is one class each day in Noosa Woods

All levels, all bodies welcome

Bring your own mat, or you can use one provided by the teacher. Just bring a towel and water.

Timetable

Location: Noosa Woods (We meet outside Miss MoneyPenny’s on Hastings Street 10 minutes before each class and walk down together).

Price: $25. Mats supplied.

Children 12 and under and First Nations People can come for FREE.
