Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for attending classes at Noosa Beach Yoga:

Classes cancelled due to weather conditions will be fully refunded.

All classes must be booked in advance.

A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for any booking changes to avoid charges.

Noosa Beach Yoga does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All purchases are final.

We will make every effort to start and finish classes at the scheduled time.

Teachers are subject to change without notice to the students.

Noosa Beach Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer, or offer compensation for late classes, changed or cancelled for any reason, within the timeframe given for any changes.

Noosa Beach Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

Classes at Noosa Beach Yoga may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.

Noosa Beach Yoga is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property, or death resulting from attending our studio.

By attending classes at Noosa Beach Yoga, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
