Our Daily Class.

We have one daily group class in Noosa Woods.

All levels, all bodies welcome. We get a diverse range of people who attend.

Passes available if you want to come to more than one class.

Bring your own mat or if you don’t have one, mats are provided by the teacher. All you need to bring is a towel and a bottle of water.

Timetable

Location: Noosa Woods (We meet outside Miss MoneyPenny’s on Hastings Street 10 minutes before each class and walk down together)

Price: $25. Mats supplied.

Children 12 and under and First Nations People can come for FREE.
