Frequently Asked Questions.

What do I need to bring?

If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it along. If not, we supply mats. Just bring along a towel to place over the mat and some water. You can also bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent if required.

What happens if it rains?

We have a small wet weather space that is above a nearby café and we move the practice here. Alternatively you can reschedule for another day up to one hour before the class. If the class size is too big, unfortunately we have to cancel and will offer a reschedule or a refund.

Is this class suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our classes are suitable for all bodies, all levels. Our teachers offer variations of each pose to suit, even if you have never practiced yoga before.

Where are you located?

We meet outside Miss Moneypenny's (on Hastings Street) 10 minutes before each class and then we walk down together to Noosa Woods, down by the water.

What do I wear? Do I wear shoes?

Just wear any comfortable clothing (t-shirt or singlet and tights, shorts etc) and the class is practiced without shoes.

Can I just turn up? Or do I need to book?

Please book at least one hour before the class so we know how many mats to bring. You can book via the website. If you are turning up on the day, please give Claudia a call on 0422552569.

Do you offer private or group classes?

Yes, if our daily classes do not suit or you would like something more private we love offering private, group and corporate classes.
