Claudia

My name is Claudia and I am the owner of Noosa Beach Yoga.

I love a playful SLOW FLOW… connecting movement and breath.

I teach simple, mindful breath work and movement. I believe that yoga is for everybody, all bodies, anyone wanting to find some more time connecting movement and breath. I’ve been teaching since 2012 after I completed my Purna (holistic) training at the Byron Bay Yoga Centre. I’ve done some extra training in India in 2013 and with trauma informed yoga, kids yoga and prenatal yoga. Throughout my journey I’ve taught beginners, teens in schools, people with disabilities, pregnant women, corporate mindfulness, philosophy workshops and yoga for mental health. I love meeting new people at Noosa Beach Yoga and each practice learning something new. 🤍
